Food is enjoyment. Hong Kong is a global city that has a diverse food culture. It has a great variety of food with local characteristics. America is a country that includes cuisines influenced by different people and religions. People from all around the world bring their traditional food to America and adapted into the ingredient. Nowadays, people are trying to improve the food to be gourmet dishes rather than just a stomach filling dishes. I will give out two scores for the healthfulness and taste on a scale of #-########## base.

Egg tart is every child’s favorite dessert. Sweet egg custard fills the inside. You can easily get egg tarts from every teahouse in Hong Kong. There are two kinds of tart shells. The first kind is puff pastry. It’s an oil pastry base and most people love it because it is really soft. The other kind is the cookie pastry. Basically it’s made of the mixture of butter and flour. There are castor sugar, vanilla extract and fresh milk for filling. The right amount of ingredients can make the egg tart taste smooth and satisfying.

A strip of belly pork mix with marinade sauce can make the sausage smell fantastic. Pork sausage is wind and sun dried. The taste of slightly sweet pork fat and meat goes really well with white rice. It is soft and juicy in the middle. It will simply be a delicious meal for an Asian family. In Hong Kong, this preserved delicacy makes a good traditional gift during festivities.

You have a choice of taste between mild to spicy. The crispy slaty fried garlic goes really well with the rice. Every part of the crab is crunchy and flavorful.

A simple method of cooking would still have a full source of protein, calcium and iron. The steamed crab can keep the juice and water logged inside of the meat. A bottle of cold beer and a Dungeness crab make the best combination.
